Guitar Legend MEL BROWN returns with “Blues – A Beautiful Thing” (Electro-Fi 3394) his first new studio recording since 2000’s Blues Music Award winning “Neck Bones & Caviar”. Backed by his super tight band The Homewreckers, Mel plays an incredible range of Blues music. Called “ One of the finest electric Blues guitarists in the world” by Living Blues magazine. Mel has previously recorded with T-Bone Walker, B.B. King, John Lee Hooker, Lightnin’ Hopkins, Snooky Pryor and Bobby “Blue” Bland. On his new CD it’s all MEL BROWN. He calls the album “Blues- A Beautiful Thing”… and they truly are when MEL BROWN plays them.
