The combination of Michael's strong soulful voice, the screaming guitar work of Howard "The Preacher" Ward, the attack of the sax from Eddie Z, the smoking keys by Harlan Spector, Chuck Lee on Bass, and Mr. Tom "T-Bone" Broderick on Drums keeps it all in the groove and in the pocket.
