Delivered for Glory: Reclaiming the Blues is a promising debut from Tre, the son of L.V. Banks. There are some Banks influences on the record, particularly in his guitar phrasing, but the record remains grounded in Chicago blues, with the occasional uptown flourish that distinguishes it from the pack of modern electric blues. He needs to grow as a songwriter, but he shows enough potential as a vocalist and guitarist to have Delivered for Glory be a strong debut.
