Description

K.M. Williams brings you a rough and ready brand of raw blues that's bound to boogie and bound for glory! He's got the sound and he's got the spirit. Born 1956, in Clarksville, Texas and raised in Red River County, Texas, his early musical influences included Memphis/Stax recording artists such as Albert King, Wilson Pickett, Slim Harpo and Sam & Dave; as heard late at night on WLAC, Nashville, TN. He also formed a Rockin' Boogie/Blues duo with Texas Washboard player and percussionist Washboard Jackson called "Trainwreck" and has since released two critically acclaimed CD's. In 2004, a documentary was filmed on K.M. Williams' life.
