JAZZLINE continues his ONKEL PÖ series with the grandiose concert of the pianist and much too early deceased blues singer James Booker, recorded in front of an enthusiastic audience in Hamburg's Kultclub #1.

James C. Booker plays so fabulously and accurately to the blues point that all the noise and nagging, also all the legends around it since his early death in 1983 (in the waiting room of a drug clinic!), seem unimportant and irrelevant.
