At the end of the eighties Beki settled in Ireland after playing at the Guinness Jazz Festival in Cork. With this wide experience behind her back which helped her to become quite popular and develop her musical career, Beki started a new project and formed her own band driving us to a musical trip to Chicago, Delta or West Coast blues, together with her original own songs, all them deeply influenced by blues and Americana music. Today Beki Brindle has become a mature artist who has been compared with such great guitar players like Robert Fripp, Henry Kaiser, Ray Cooder or Albert King. This recording pays the due to a woman who knows how to conquer and reach the most demanding listeners with a bunch of interesting perfectly built songs. VERY GOOD.
