La Lionetta – Ottoni & Settimini
La Lionetta has long been one of the most popular and appreciated among the Italian folk -revival bands, as well as the less orthodox. This CD arrives several years after the previous one, and it is characterized on one hand by autonomous composition of music and texts and on the other hand by strengthen and unconventional attitude towards tracks.
With a different name and new members La Ciapa Rusa is back, one of the most beloved bands of the '80s. The CD includes some unpublished tunes alongside with great hits from the old repertoire after a new and up to date arrangement restyling that make them "...seem completely new!"-some pointed out.
