Eddie Taylor Jr. , Tré , Harmonica Hinds – From The Country To The City

On this wonderfully rootsy, soulful album Wolf Records have put three great Chicago Blues artists together in a studio to recreate the all-acoustic sound that Muddy Waters achieved with Buddy Guy and Willie Dixon, nearly 50 years ago. 
Harmonica Hinds was a part of the young generation of Chicago Blues that Living Blues founder Jim O´Neal brought to Europe 30 years ago. Along with Sugar Blue and Billy Branch, Hinds is a leading blues harp player in Chicago today - and he’s a fine singer too.
Eddie Taylor Junior is the son of Chicago Blues legend Eddie Taylor - and he plays on his father’s old red Gibson guitar - just the real blues, nothing else. He has already released three Wolf CDs, and is an accomplished guitarist and songwriter who combines contemporary blues with down home roots.
The last member of this unplugged blues trio, Tre, is the son of the Southside Chicago legend L.V. Banks and, even though he is still young, he has released many CDs of his own for JSP and Wolf. He is not just a great singer and guitar player, but also an excellent song writer.
