ORDERING :
The easiest and the best is to send us an e-mail with the list of the titles you want to order.
That can be normal priced cd’s you’ll find in our ‘Releases’-list or in our ‘Catalogue’, or special offers you find in our ‘CD-sale’ or ‘Special Offers’-list or lp’s you will find in our ‘Vynil Fans’-list.
We will reply asap by e-mail and inform you about the availablility and exact price of the cd’s or lp’s you ordered.
Please inform us about the country where the parcel has to be sent so that we can let you know the exact postage and handling rate.
We will confirm your order, confirm what and when we can supply and send you the exact total amount that has to be paid for your order.
Then you can confirm your order by doing a payment.
Usually dispatched within 1 week.
PAYMENT :
Payment can be made through Paypal or by advance payment to our Bank (within EEC Europe only).
APPROXIMATIVE SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES AS OF JANUARY 2010 :
Our offices are in Bruges, Belgium, Gulden Vlieslaan 67.
You can always pick up your order in our offices –but please contact us in advance by e-mail or by phone 050-332433 to make an appointment-.
Then there will be no shipping and handling charges.
Upon shipment, you will get an e-mail confirmation that your order is in the hands of the Post.

7,00 euro for orders from 3/4 to 20 normal cd’s
minimum 10,00 euro for all orders over 20 cd’s
If you are ordering large box sets, vinyl lp’s or other special items, we may need to notify you about increased shipping charges. We will inform you about the exact rate before you make your payment.
We usually ship within 3 business days for Belgium / 7 days for The Netherlands / 10 days for France after receiving your order and payment.
Some items may take longer to ship. If time is essential, please let us know and we will inform you about our possibilities.
